ron_co2002: This Sparrow had the honour of being my first bird with the Tamron 70-300mm lens I collected only minutes earlier- I decided to mount it on the Pentax K10 to do some test shots as I walked around the city of Hobart

ron_co2002: While in Hobart today I was taking some street candids of the people in the Mall when this fellow brushed past and he made the suggestion I might like to take his photo- so I did - 1/1500th f4.5 160mm 800 ISO
ron_co2002: When I replied to his suggestion of taking his photo with a quip about only taking the good looking folks he turned and laughed in response -1/1500th sec f4 100mm - 800ISO
ron_co2002: I saw this couple waiting at the pedestrian crossing and liked the mirror image of the other couple also holding hands opposite them- 1/1500th f4 100mm 800ISO
ron_co2002: As we were walking through Elizabeth Mall Alenka pointed out this man with his dog - I pointed and shot as fast as I could before he passed us by -1/500th f8 800ISO

ron_co2002: Intersection in North Hobart - one of the most densely populated dining areas in Hobart -at a guess we saw 15-20 restaurants in one block ( both sides) offering choices of just about every nationality 's cuisine it seemed
ron_co2002: It was a hot day in Hobart yesterday and i was in a hurry to get somewhere as I walked past this building - could not help taking a couple of quick shots in passing
