The flower pot gives an idea of the scale of this young fellow- this part of the pond was a foot under water when we arrived at the end of July - things are drying up. These guys fascinate me

Dec 27th 2006 - for the first time since arriving here we saw two echidna at the same time - what is more they were side by side at one stage -party time!
