purplespace: 7. Stir the soaked dried fruit
purplespace: 8. Weigh out the almonds and other stuff
purplespace: 9.Line base and sides of 20" round tin with greaseproof paper
purplespace: 10. Weigh out the brown sugar
purplespace: 11. Stir again
purplespace: 12. Weigh out the black treacle and other stuff
purplespace: 13. Follow the recipe
purplespace: 14. Crack open the free range eggs
purplespace: 15. Cream the sugar and butter
purplespace: 16. Keep creaming until light and fluffy
purplespace: 17. Add Eggs
purplespace: 18. Add esences, treacle and jam
purplespace: 19. Add the orange rind
purplespace: 20. Add the dried fruit
purplespace: 21. Keep adding the dried fruit
purplespace: 22. Fold in dry ingredients
purplespace: 23. Stir until combined
purplespace: 24. Spoon mixture into tin
purplespace: 25. Even out, use cold water to get a flat surface
purplespace: 26. Wrap more greaseproof paper around the tin and secure
purplespace: 27. Pop in oven
purplespace: 28. Bake in oven for 3 hours plus until skewer comes out clean
purplespace: 30. Keep wrapping! Its christmas after all
