The community came and showed their glee.

The food and Friends were all around,

Some in chairs and on the ground.

The ladies came out in their fancy fare,

Then climbed up their poles,
PurdueConvocations:
And soared through the air!

The children reached out to touch their hands,
PurdueConvocations:
As the ladies reached back to grasp their fans.

The ladies twirled with all of their might,
PurdueConvocations:
As the crowd gazed upon their tremendous height.
