pSha: 01. here is what i use. if all you got is ranch & chick peas, go for it.
pSha: 02. rinse & drain, then get to crushin
pSha: 03. keep going. don't be shy. try the elbow grease!
pSha: 04. sprinkle liquid aminos on the chickpea crumbs. they add a yummy meaty saltiness.
pSha: 05. throw some ranch dressing on there, whatever you think is perfect moistness
pSha: 06. apply some chili garlic paste to taste. i like it sorta hot. 1 tsp would be mild. 1 tbsp would be perfect.
pSha: 07. get mixin
pSha: 08. it will look like tuna salad
pSha: 09. sweep off dirt. i use paper towel if i don't have my dope mushroom brush
pSha: 10. pop! you'll need about 1 1/4 lb mushrooms
pSha: 11. pluck out stems
pSha: 12. spray pan
pSha: 13. fill caps. press the filling all down in there.
pSha: 14. oven ready. let's whisk them into the oven.
pSha: 15. bake for 15 min at 350' (your times & temps may vary. these are hard to ruin.)
pSha: 16. they're ready! the delicious smell will tell you they're done.
