用了紅日媽媽教的方法醃，但不想煎時廚房污煙瘴氣，所以改用#airfryer 其實airfryer也可以做出焗的效果，我在網底加了foil，加入醃料，180度7分鐘搞掂。

Dinner, mini croquette balls. Darker color ones with a bit of oil dabbed by brush & lighter color ones with no oil at all. J & A love them!

Tried French fries yesterday and they are gone in secs that didn't have time for me to take pictures. Today, tried pork chop at lunch. Just marinated with garlic salt and Chinese wine. 8 mins at 180 degree. Done! No oil, healthy!
