Webster House Executive Chef Matt Arnold grilled okra for guests today at Powell Gardens. It's the first of three dishes he's preparing using produce grown in the Heartland Harvest Garden.

Chef Matt tossed burgundy okra (grown in Fun Foods Farm) with a little olive oil and blackening seasoning, and grilled them for a few minutes. Tasty!
