SandyEm: 1 - trace outline of object on to ethafoam using wooden kebab stick. Using craft knife, cut depth required so bell will sit comfortably.

SandyEm: 2 - after slicing around the outline of bell space, work tyvek to fit snuggly

SandyEm: 4 - tidy up the tyvek by tucking in to sliced area

SandyEm: 5 - Select where cotton twill tape is to go to secure bell in place. Using a doll jointing needle, pull through ethafoam

SandyEm: 6 - thread twill through from underneath and back to the front of ethafoam block

SandyEm: 7 - protect the interior of bell and clanger by using tyvek

SandyEm: 8 - This bell has a short nylon rope. I have made a roll from tissue and tyvek to loosely support this and and sat all within a slightly larger box
