SandyEm: 01 - place on ethafoam and using kebab stick, trace around boot where it touches the foam

SandyEm: 04 - cut out the traced boot area
SandyEm: 05 - curve cut where the edge the end so that the curve will fit the boot for support
SandyEm: 06 - using some foam scraps, measure the part of boot that did not touch the larger piece of foam. Trace around the front of boot
SandyEm: 07 - after cutting out the smaller piece of foam, slice where necessary to made a wedge that will fit under the toe of the boot comfortably
SandyEm: 08 - toe wedge in place on top of larger piece of foam
SandyEm: 09 - repeat wedge process for other boot
SandyEm: 10 - trace around space between boots on another piece of foam. This will be glued in place for further support between the boots.
SandyEm: 11 - traced space from between the boots ready to cut out
SandyEm: 12 - place centre support foam piece on main foam support
SandyEm: 13 - place boots in foam base and using kebab stick, trace around areas that need to be pared so that boots fit snuggly without too much pressure
SandyEm: 14 - cut side foam supports and shape to fit around the boot sides
SandyEm: 15 - glue all loose supports to main foam cutout
SandyEm: 16 - prepare a piece of double wall board for base of mount
SandyEm: 17 - glue tyvek on to foam base. Insert cotton tape for tie downs
SandyEm: 18 - glue base to card board
SandyEm: 19 - place boots in mount. Tie down using cotton tape ties
