poobou: I love the age when their drawings go from scribbles to something recognizable. Not a bad Elsa for a 4 year-old. (And points to her daycare teacher, who taught her how to write her name as Lucille.)
poobou: It's my ex's weekend to have the kids, but Lucy wanted some extra time with me. She's the fanciest shopping helper in Home Depot with her tutu & Frozen leggings.
poobou: "Come see! Come see! We made Beaumont into a pretty princess!" (Patience of Job, that cat.)
poobou: Backyard before our cleanup project.
poobou: Backyard project, midway through
poobou: Catie next to the mulch pile (doesn't really show just how huge it was)
poobou: Queens of Mulch Mountain
poobou: Beaumont and Catie, with a pretty amazing Lucy photobomb
poobou: New backyard swing!
poobou: Backyard project "after".
poobou: My mom found this corduroy fabric with Elsa & Anna all over it & made Lucy a dress. She loves it. (She wanted to show off her nails too, since we painted them pink & purple this morning.)
poobou: Pajama Day! School is closed, so Catie is tagging along with Lucy to daycare. They both think wearing PJs out of the house is the best thing ever. (Pretty much how I feel when I run errands in my yoga pants.)
poobou: Lucy backed up too far & fell in the toy box. Afterward, Catie had to climb in to recreate the moment.
poobou: Snuggled up watching "The Avengers" on a Saturday night. Seasonally appropriate with the Christmas tree, I guess?
poobou: The influence of boys at daycare: Lucy saw this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles t-shirt at Target & lost her mind over it. She just had to girly it up with a purple shirt under it, Princess socks, an Elsa barrette, and a bun.
