poco-cocoa: Roll the masa into balls of dough.
poco-cocoa: Lay the masa on the lined tortilla press, and flatten a bit.
poco-cocoa: Top with another piece of plastic liner.
poco-cocoa: Now press! (But not too hard)
poco-cocoa: Pressing...
poco-cocoa: This is what it looks like once it's pressed.
poco-cocoa: Flip the whole thing over.
poco-cocoa: Press again (lightly!)
poco-cocoa: Now it's ready to cook. Peel off the top layer of plastic.
poco-cocoa: Flip the tortilla onto your hand, then peel the bottom layer of plastic off.
poco-cocoa: Now place it on the heated comal.
poco-cocoa: Flip the tortilla over, and cook the other side.
poco-cocoa: Ta-da!
