Kozer Cottage, built in the 1920s originally was for small children, but ended up housing adults before iat closed. It served as the hospital for a time. Firview Training Center.

A second-story doorway once opened onto a fire escape on the end of Chamberlain Cottage. Siding and subsiding lumber has been ripped away allowing a view of the interior wall. Fairview Training Center.
