perke: Lunch Sushi at the Kanazawa fish market
perke: I guess some recommendations
perke: We ordered two daily special sets and the plates were not disappointing
perke: Uni!
perke: Then there was an opening at the contemporary museum.
perke: Sushi #2 after the evening at the museum.
perke: The chef spent long time first working in Paris then in 1980 and 90s NY. He might be a legend, now hiding in Kanazawa and still listening to jazz.
perke: Seared piece.
perke: Some clear soup.
perke: Condiments and a piece of sushi.
perke: We had a good chat with him and some great fish, but somehow the much cheaper lunch sushi taste from the market at lunch was still lingering.
perke: I don't think it's the same night, but we had after midnight ramen here.
perke: Ramen shop with kimon decorations, tv and such.
perke: And another one.
perke: The museum and sushi days are over. We start with coffee and watching the street.
perke: Fountain welcome.
perke: We return to the bus/train station to take a walk or a bus ride to our destination of the day, the old Kanazawa.
perke: At the station.
perke: Let's save this typical JP street sidewalk pattern.
perke: We wanted sushi every meal, but after two exquisit consecutive sushi meals, we went for another Kanazawa classic, curry.
perke: Kanazawa curry with classic pork cuttlet.
perke: Starting our walk about the old entertainment area.
perke: We are by the river.
perke: Look at this bridge!
perke: Nice street light.
perke: I think we had pre-trip-back-to-Tokyo on a night bus, drinks and food old entertainment establishment. But not yet.
perke: Nice facade, window.
perke: Narrow alley.
perke: Some snow, just to make it entertaining.
perke: More great buildings.
