A day at the beach! Even though it was raining, we braved it like true Brits on Tours!

My boyfriend and I headed down to Brighton beach. We battled with the pebbles for a quick dip in the sea in front of the famous old West Pier.

Out at sea in St Ives, Cornwall. There wasn’t any surf so we just did a spot of seal watching along the coast near Gwithian!

We headed off to Carbis bay with the help of a snack midway!

On our way home we stopped off for an evening meal outside. It was great to enjoy the sunset and listen to the radio!

Then we caught some BMX action, which was full of gnarly slams and impressive bike skills! I loved watching this and was really impressed with Shanaze Reade's racing.

I saw some taekwondo and was lucky enough to watch Jade Jones who went onto win the Gold medal. There was more loud cheering and one of the best atmospheres I have ever experienced at a sporting event.

I had a great few days at the Olympics! I watched Usain Bolt and Blake in the 200 metre qualifiers - the stadium was awesome! I also watched the British girls get through in the 1500 metre qualifiers and the cheering for them was deafening but amazing.

Unfortunately waxing my surfboard is the closest I've been to getting any waves recently!
