Peacock Chic is FAB.U.LOUS!: Saturday was an active rest day to recover from the week and prepare for Spartan training on Sunday so I chose to do some hot yoga @purple_yoga. The teacher was awesome and the workout was both relaxing and challenging. No wonder so many yogis are ripped.
