More spring-onion oil 蔥油. Used powdered vegan belacan in place of dried shrimp.

Vegan belacan. Indispensable especially in Southeast Asian cooking. Available in blocks or powdered. The latter makes great sub for dried shrimp and anchovies.

"Rempah" ready. The "sayur" to be cooked in "lemak" are Chinese mustard greens ("sawi") and eggplants. Also throwing in puffed tofu at some stage.
