I've wanted to do this Sunday mornings since moving here 22 months ago: attending free cooking class at my neighborhood Williams-Sonoma! Freshly made spinach, pine nut, ricotta & pancetta waffle topped with poached egg, Canadian bacon & hollandaise sauce.
