Got one! After an undisclosed number of failed attempts. Capturing bees at work on a raspberry bush is about as elusive as taking pictures on a whale-watching tour. They are so incredibly busy!!!!

I like to say this garden would be paradise for an entomologist. Found this one resting (not dead) inside a wild rose.

The only rose I was ever able to plant, that didn't revert to wild or die. It's a rambling bush so it's spreading. Dozens of buds, about 4-5 open.

Would you recognize our friend, the (super) stinging nettle? I let them grow in some sections of the garden to host insects and larvae, then I mow them or put them in the compost bin for soil enhancement. This looks pretty but it´s fierce :(((
