minor9th: Christmas pudding 4: give the chopped fruit and alcohol a bit of a stir and leave for 1 hour

minor9th: Christmas pudding 6: combine the butter, sugar and orange zest
minor9th: Christmas pudding 7: beat together the butter, sugar and orange zest until fluffy
minor9th: Christmas pudding 8: beat together the 3 (wise) eggs
minor9th: Christmas pudding 9: beat the eggs into the butter/sugar mix, adding a bit of flour if it curdles (like mine did...)
minor9th: Christmas pudding 10: in yet another bowl, sieve together the flour and mixed spice
minor9th: Christmas pudding 11: add to this the blended remains of the bread and nuts
minor9th: Christmas pudding 12: mix up the flour/breadcrumbs/nuts with the egg/butter/sugar mix
minor9th: Christmas pudding 13: add the drunk fruit to the other brown mixture (this smells much better than it looks)
minor9th: Christmas pudding 14: divide the mixture between the two pudding bowls
minor9th: Christmas pudding 15: cover your puddings with foil and tie them up
minor9th: Christmas pudding 16: place the puddings into pans of simmering water
minor9th: Christmas pudding 17: steam the puddings for 6 hours, topping up with water every hour or so
