On Bradstreet: forcing spring inside
On Bradstreet: Mud season commences in 3...2...1...go!
On Bradstreet: Mean old @bradstreetfarmer has been terrorizing the ducks by taking some of the poly wrap off their pen. There, there, duckies.
On Bradstreet: The chickadees and nuthatches are enjoying the refreshing snow melt.
On Bradstreet: Yay the snow is melting! Boo we have a fuckton left to go!
On Bradstreet: Snow melting, tapping and apple tree pruning sort of day.
On Bradstreet: Alex and Ethel The House Hen, of course.
On Bradstreet: Just think, in a two months time he'll be mowing everyday.
On Bradstreet: It's quiet and beautiful out here.
On Bradstreet: Welcome back, wild turkeys!
On Bradstreet: I don't know what I expected.
On Bradstreet: I was like-I'll take photo of the garden from the deck. NOPE.
On Bradstreet: People shovel 4-foot snow banks, right? That's a thing? @bradstreetfarmer is 6'2", for scale.
On Bradstreet: It's warm and cozy inside.
On Bradstreet: Oh, you know, @bradstreetfarmer is just getting the daily chore of snow removal done. #207gram #maine #midcoastmaine
On Bradstreet: Desperate times call for a desperate tri-county search for a big-ass snowblower until it ends in finding one of the three left in the area. #buylocal
On Bradstreet: These two sweetpeas are trying to clear an area around the bird feeders so that they can continue to feed the wildlife. For perspective, both of them are tall. The chickadees are zooming around their heads, too, and it's easy to think they must be excited
On Bradstreet: We empathize @soulepapa, though yours looks more daunting.
On Bradstreet: I was too hot in the kitchen so I stepped outside without a coat, my hair still wet from my shower, and I breathed in and out, savoring the icy air, soaking in the cold beauty so that it may provide a reservoir of recalled relief when there is no escaping
On Bradstreet: We have large grey squirrel and bluejay families vying for feeders out here. I notice the corn cobs have disappeared, as has the seed and cranberry wreath.
On Bradstreet: four doves waiting
On Bradstreet: Seems familiar somehow...
On Bradstreet: The chocolate cheesecake in the oven only called for three eggs. Damn. (I accidentally burnt the white chocolate so no truffle sauce. We'll suffer but I bet we can make it.) #fromourkitchen
On Bradstreet: arrival
On Bradstreet: 415pm looks like this now.
On Bradstreet: Thank goodness for the snowblower because this is our path to the chicken coop. #snowlermo
On Bradstreet: down in snow valley, all covered in snow, hang your head over, hear the wind blow
On Bradstreet: It's quiet out here. #207gram
On Bradstreet: Snowhouse.
