Add chicken breasts, chopped onion, and garlic, and brown

Add some thyme, then a cup of chicken broth and a half cup of white wine, bring to boil

Add half a cup (dry measure) of rice

Simmer, covered, for 20 minuted or until most of the liquid is absorbed
