Caught this guy hanging around out back a couple weeks ago.

Then one Saturday my wife called to me… “Look out back” I knew what she was talking about…

I grabbed my D90 that I had purposefully left the 70-300 attached to it for this. When I made it to the back porch, there were two of them.

But before I could get a click off...One flew...

... and the other one still sitting didn’t turn out too well. But I did catch this one in flight.

And then....Awww, man I'm losing him!...

Then I thought I had lost him in the brush or he was going to land with his back to me!

But then wonders of wonders he turned around.

And he perched...

Then at peace with the world again, he posed... "Life's Good!"
