Individual results may vary. Not sure I like it but I'll finish the other hand and see how that turns out.

Ample Apple. Scraped some skin off of the pinky the other day. That made taking the old nail polish off a bit painful. Ah, the travails of vanity.
patricia elizabeth:
Best results I've had in a long time when doing the newsprint manicure. Held the paper in the alcohol longer this time. That may have been the trick. Got a tad blurry when I applied the clear top coat but still looking pretty good.

I-rush Luck. I can't remember ever using green before. I like it. Now if only my nails would stop breaking that would be nice.
patricia elizabeth:
MAC's Pearl Formidable. Purple and shiny. Two of my favorite things.
patricia elizabeth:
Blue. Can't seem to do the nails lately without bubbles. I need to buy a new base coat I think.
patricia elizabeth:
Who needs GPS when one can have maps at the tips of one's fingers?
patricia elizabeth:
Rapid Red for the holidays. Red is pretty but not forgiving when it comes to showing the messy polish application. Bother.
patricia elizabeth:
Blue and gold. The lines are crisper this time. Practice etc etc etc.
patricia elizabeth:
Sparkly.

Who goes to Starbucks for water and ice? This girl. Ice cold is the only way to drink water. Fact.
patricia elizabeth:
Meh. But painting the nails again isn't going to happen today so this will have to do.
patricia elizabeth:
Yesterday's pink/red combo was a good first try but much too sloppy for me to be able to live with. So back to the drawing board. Shades of purple this time. Lesson learned today? Reusing the tape leads to messy lines. Duly noted. :-)
patricia elizabeth:
First time using tape to do the nails. Turned out ok. Color combo is fine but the pink doesn't cover the red as well as I hoped.
patricia elizabeth:
Stripes.

But even transfer papers don't ensure that a right-handed person will be able to use her left hand well enough to not make a mess.
patricia elizabeth:
For the artistically challenged transfer paper kits are a good way to do something funky.
patricia elizabeth:
You'd think a kit would make the mani easier to do but had more trouble than when I used paper. But results are better I think.
patricia elizabeth:
It might not scream "I'm 40" but it's definitely festive. :)
patricia elizabeth:
I'm really liking the brown/sparkly combination. I'm running out of the sparkly polish though. This is a problem.
patricia elizabeth:
Ridiculously cheap so it would probably chip the second I finished painting the nails and, yet, I still want to buy this.
patricia elizabeth:
The right index fingernail is always a problem child. But still, it's sparkly and pretty- for now. It'll do.
patricia elizabeth:
My glittery New Year's Eve nails. I liked them so much I set up shop and did a couple of cousin's nails as well. :)
patricia elizabeth:
:) messy Rapid Red for the holidays.
