lousyfocus: The top of "Tank Car #1", observed while standing on a driveway which I assumed to have been the bed of the NY, S & W main line where it entered/departed Stroudsburg, PA, from the southeast.
lousyfocus: Photo #3 of 10 shows "Tank Car #2" which is not visible in Photo #1.
lousyfocus: Photo #4 of 10 also shows "Tank Car #2". At the extreme left is the support atop which is a probably-non-rail-related "storage tank". Also on the left is a stone wall; and on the right is "Tank Car #3", which was mostly encased by cinder blocks.
lousyfocus: Photo #5 of 10 shows the top of "Tank Car #2", observed while standing on a "cinderblock platform" which is at "driveway-level" and behind (west of) a "storage tank".
lousyfocus: Photo #6 of 10 shows the top of "Tank Car #2", observed while standing on a driveway which I assumed to have been the bed of the NY, S & W main line where it entered/departed Stroudsburg, PA, from the southeast.
lousyfocus: Photo #7 of 10 shows "Tank Car #3", left, which was mostly encased by cinderblocks; and "Tank Car #4", right. Also on the left is a pail, the handle of which dangles from a pipe extending from a probably-non-rail-related "storage tank".
lousyfocus: Photo #8 of 10 shows "Tank Car #4". At the left is part of a small, cinderblock building in front of (east of) "Tank Cars #3 & 4". This photo shows that, similar to "Tank Cars #1, 2 & 3", the wheels of "Tank Car #4" have been removed.
lousyfocus: Photo #9 of 10 shows "Tank Car #4". At the left is a small, cinderblock building in front of (east of) "Tank Cars #3 & 4". Similar to "Tank Cars #1, 2 & 3", the wheels of "Tank Car #4" have been removed & there is no evidence of rails.
lousyfocus: Photo #10 of 10 shows "Tank Car #4", observed while standing on a driveway which I assumed to have been the bed of the NY, S & W main line. Faintly seen top, left of center, is the Rt. I-80 bridge across Brodhead Creek.
