One can't help but wonder if the artist meant to play with different "angles" of the word cava. Is it the drink cava or the French ca va ("How's it going? or It's fine.") as a greeting or a statement, as both make sense when you enter the restaurant.

Escargot, mushrooms, parsley, lemon, pain frit. Escargot was buried under too many things with 2 distinctly flavored sauces. Maybe a plating issue, perhaps better with escargot to the side.

From far away this looks like a heavily textured metal oversized diptych. Close up, the texture is made up of teeny, tiny sea creatures! Quite apropos. Don't go too fast, you might walk past the best things in life!
