Local Initiatives: Town Hall Education Arts Recreation Campus (THEARC), built by BBAR with funding from DC LISC is the center of opportunities for the Congress Heights neighborhood.
Local Initiatives: For ten years, DC LISC has funded and supported the opportunities created by BBAR. The following photos are examples of opportunities created by DC LISC’s funding in 2013.
Local Initiatives: 15 paid interns received training in lighting, sound, box office operations and set design through “i Can @ THEARC Theater.”
