Our tour starts at the Ocotillo Apartments. This once abandoned building provides 118 units of affordable housing at the Montebello/19th Ave. station.

Devine Legacy at the Campbell station was developed by Native American Connections (NAC), a long-time partner of LISC Phoenix. It’s the first affordable TOD housing in Phoenix.

Affordable TOD is now a specialty of NAC. Their newest development, Urban Living 2 (UL2) is a mixed income development with live/work space available near Roosevelt Station.

In Mesa, AZ, Encore on First provides 81 units to independent seniors one block from Downtown Mesa and the Mesa Arts Center, right next to the future Main and Central station.
