LexnGer: Roasted peppers turned into 5 varieties of hot sauce. The left most bottle is sriracha starter, the next one is what @gerrythorpe calls "Lexa's Hot Mess" a mix of each of the next 3. Approximately 5 litres of hot sauce ready to mellow!
