If you look closely you'll see the female skeleton in the back had the name Adelita on her hat. Adela's name is common in Mexico.

One of the many installations at a school in Tlaquepaque. The entire floor in this room was covered with designs created from seeds, flowers and grain. All such fleeting artwork but painstakingly detailed and time consuming.

The miniature altars within the larger altars, and the creating of patterns and symbols with beans, sugar, flower petals...here it looks like a cross made with sugar or salt.
