ladyofthelake: Malawian Independence Day, July 6 at the Gondwes (DEADLY boring television of the president's Indep. Day celebration which was just a political rally, thinly-veiled)
ladyofthelake: Though avocadoes are plentiful here, the Gondwes had never had guacamole. So I made it as my contribution to the Independence Day festivities (both U.S. and Malawian).
