Well hello there. It’s been months. 😮 Going to do a little catch up of this past week. Lucky Alan didn’t get a cake experiment from me again this year. Though somehow I did manage to smoosh it a little on the way home. 😆

So we’ve noticed one of my snake plants is flowering. Looked it up. From stress. Me stressing a plant out…sounds about right. 😆

Spent a good chunk of time outside looking through the telescope tonight. Tried to capture it with my cellphone mounted on it but had such a difficult time getting it to frame up properly. Need a better mount? More practice? Just used my real camera…:laug

See how I “care” for my orchids. 😅 I didn’t even notice they were reaching for the light until too late. They absolutely fall over from the weight of the flowers. And there is a succulent back there that is growing some shoot thing. Wonder if

So I mounted my camera to my telescope and finally figured out how to get a photo of the moon in that configuration! Sooooo much easier than that cell phone mount. I had a hard time focusing but this is straight out of the camera no editing. 😍

We had cloudy skies for the lunar eclipse but we did catch glimpses of it. It was soooooo difficult to see. Very dim, barely visible. This photo was taken when I couldn’t see anything through the viewfinder. I left my shutter open to capture as much light
