Kylie made some great "I do NOT want to go there and have a picture with THAT" faces before the Zombie Chase.

Kylie is ready for her Zombie Chase 1-Mile Fun Run. The children were told that if they blew the whistles they were given, it would chase away the zombies. So hundreds of children blew whistles for over an hour.

On Friday, one of Kylie's classmates mom's taught the children about Diwali (India's Festival of Lights). Kylie got a bindi and a henna tattoo. Lovely!

Kylie's first swim meet at Julington Creek. 4 events: 25 breaststroke, 50 free, 25 butterfly, 100 medley relay (backstroke).

We ordered these leg warmers as part of a rainbow Pegasus costume for Halloween. Unfortunately, the dress part of the costume became unavailable but we decided these leg warmers were just too fabulous to return.

Kylie attended a Spooktacular Zoo camp today. She got to go behind the scenes and watch a trainer feed a tiger, a trainer feed bats, learned about tarantulas and snakes. Her favorite part was dissecting owl pellets then counting and labeling the bones fou

School homework project was to decorate a pumpkin like your favorite book character. Kylie picked Katie Kazoo Switcheroo as her character and the "Witch Switch" book.

New personal best of 1:52:10 at the Beachside Half Marathon at Vero Beach, FL. I was second in my age group.

Spirit day at Kylie's school. She's tickled to wear her spirit wear and not her usual school uniform.

Kylie made a map at school from play-doh the parents made at home. She & I made purple play-doh to represent lakes.

So happy that Karen & Kylie were at the race to cheer me on. Kylie made me a little crown that reads "Great Job". I love my sweet family.
