Lunch at Gin-pa in Ginza. Seared beef, dashi egg custard, mushroom miso, pickles and rice. I don't even like rice and all the rice in Japan is so good!!

Had our first tsukemen ramen experience at Mendokoro Honda at Tokyo Ramen Street. I ordered off a photo and what I got was unexpected but really good! The broth seemed to be a pork and fish combo base with a lot of green onions. The ramen was thicker than

Witnessed the most amazing sugar candies being made by pulling into tubes. They formed that teeny tiny apple center from that bug lump of sugar behind! Place was called Papa Bubble.
