joeysplanting: After finishing making the Lacto-Fermented Cauliflower Pickles, I had the stems and a few florets left, so I chopped those up and julienned some Carrots to make a Cauli-Brocco-flower Slaw.

joeysplanting: I'm experimenting with another brewed drink... This is a Ginger Bug which is a natural fermented drink starter made with a quart of water with 2 TBS chopped Ginger and 2 TBS sugar. Each day for 5 days you add another TBS each of chopped Ginger and sugar.
