Penny Poppleton: Unpick from above the block on the other side.
Penny Poppleton: Now it is halfway unpicked.
Penny Poppleton: Unpick from 1cm inside the seam
Penny Poppleton: 3/4 unpicked!
Penny Poppleton: Oh, turn the iron on. You'll need it.
Penny Poppleton: Unpick the other side from 1cm in.
Penny Poppleton: Your block is liberated!
Penny Poppleton: See how there are only 4 seams partially unpicked on the quilt top?
Penny Poppleton: My block is pressed but it's all hairy. Hmm.
Penny Poppleton: Aha! A solution!
Penny Poppleton: Much better.
Penny Poppleton: Press the edges of the "hole".
Penny Poppleton: Pin the block back into the hole against the edge you unpicked.
Penny Poppleton: Stitch it up.
Penny Poppleton: Pin the other side of the block to the other unpicked edge.
Penny Poppleton: Stitch that side.
Penny Poppleton: Pin back the long open edges while you press your new seams open.
Penny Poppleton: Press your unpicked seams flat.
Penny Poppleton: Pin them together.
Penny Poppleton: Stitch them together!
Penny Poppleton: Press the other side of the still-unpicked seams flat.
Penny Poppleton: Pin & stitch the two sides together.
Penny Poppleton: Quick pattern check...YEP!
Penny Poppleton: Turn it back over, press all the seams open.
Penny Poppleton: Turn it to the front and get your ironing aid!
Penny Poppleton: Looks pretty good!
