Local gypsy woman. You can’t see it clearly but she is taking care of the horse that pulls the family wagon. That wagon probably is used to go around the city and collect recyclables from city garbage bins and people leave things on the curbside for them

I think because of the lack of cameras the nearby gypsy community always bring out their babies when they see me coming. Close to Istanbul, Turkey
