herbe_d: 1. Gather inspiration, make a sketch, get materials together
herbe_d: 2. Start layering needle felt and silk paper into a design
herbe_d: 3. Don't forget the stencil for the draw string.
herbe_d: 4. Make sure the stencil has salvage so the boarders can felt
herbe_d: 5. Have fun with the silk, bamboo, and Mohair fibers!
herbe_d: 6. Use a curtain in the beginning to make sure that the design doesn't get too pushed around.
herbe_d: 7. after a light felting, flip the bag and design the other side
herbe_d: 8. Play around with layering different materials
herbe_d: 9. And get felting again with some nice olive oil soap
herbe_d: 10. Felt cords, expect shrinkage!
herbe_d: 11. Felt the surface with or without a curtain
herbe_d: 12. Work all of the air pockets out by rubbing the surface with warm water and soapy hands
herbe_d: 13. Steam the piece so that the fulling goes well.
herbe_d: 14.Once it is firmed then work it around like ball.
herbe_d: 15. Give it a good steam job and full it rock-
herbe_d: 16. Check the inner lining and make sure it is done felting
herbe_d: 17.push the draw string through and tie them
