The Shoppers Drugmart plaza located at McCowan and Lawrence a few weeks before closing in December 2022.The whole corner was demolished for the future Lawrence Subway Station.It is specail to me as I worked here from 1989 to 2000

With the Scarborough Subway expansion underway many plazas and buildings have had to be demolished.This plaza built in the late 1950s was located at McCowan and Lawrence.The site will be the future home of the Lawrence subway station.

This abandoned shoppers drugmart sat with the power on for a year before being demolished in Jan 2024.The site will eventually be the home of the Lawrence subway Station.
