grinbergmaya:
Frommer's said this spot was a must, and it was cute indeed.
grinbergmaya:
Frommer's also said that every single person who passes by can't resist climbing on.
grinbergmaya:
And he was right.
grinbergmaya:
Leo took pictures.
grinbergmaya:
This was in the Boston Public Garden...I think that's what it was called.
grinbergmaya:
It was lovely, but very VERY cold. Woo east coast.
grinbergmaya:
NYAWR!
grinbergmaya:
My cranky geek.
grinbergmaya:
George Washington, and one of his troops.
grinbergmaya:
He told me to pose like her. Did it work?
grinbergmaya:
Taken on Boston's version of fifth avenue. We are SUCH tourists.
grinbergmaya:
Do you see Leo? He's the one trying to get the perfect shot of his perfect love for a tweet. Geek. :P
grinbergmaya:
Holocaust Memorial. It was very interesting, the structures.
grinbergmaya:
Obviously, nothing is sacred. Here, with Paul Revere.
grinbergmaya:
The British are coming!
grinbergmaya:
We were just in time to see Shepard Fairey's 20 year celebratory exhibit at the ICA. Boston's streets were littered with Shepard bombs. And they were lovely.
grinbergmaya:
Outside of John Harvard's.
grinbergmaya:
Scorpion/monkey/jungle bowl.
grinbergmaya:
Race to the end.
grinbergmaya:
Popcorn?
grinbergmaya:
I must have been receiving instruction.
grinbergmaya:
And in the end, we tied.
grinbergmaya:
This is what you're supposed to do, I was told, to this statue. That's why the tips of his shoes are golden, all of us happy-go-lucky tourists wore him down.
grinbergmaya:
As it turns out, there are quite a few longstanding traditions I was told to uphold while traipsing around Boston. This was one.
grinbergmaya:
At a place called Flatt-Top Johnnies. (I think?)
grinbergmaya:
Finding the sweet spot.
