Day 71. Decided some fresh air and exercise was in order as I've been feelin pretty crappy this week. Haven't been the the gym once so far so I expect I've probably gained a pound or 3. Really hope these germs fuck right off before butlins on Friday!! Tod

Day 80. Went to the cresset today to see Olivia and Ethan in a production by the Orton schools . This photograph isn't to show the production, it's more to show that if you tell me I can't take a picture, i WILL take a picture, just to prove a point.

Day 98. An impulse buy. Orange gerbera daisies. Didn't have a reason to buy them. Or a vase to put them in but I think they look lovely in a milk bottle. Something very simple and pleasing about them. Well I like them.

Day 114. Jogging into the unknown. Practicing for the 5k race for life, merrily making our way around the boating lake and then a strange deep mist creeps over and covers everything. Was very woman in black.

Day 116. When I started this diet/healthy eating/keep fit regime, I weighed 13st12. I slipped a little in march cos I wasn't well and then I went to butlins and it took about a week after that to get back into the routine but this week, after eating salad
