Gosia007: Here's the product out of the box. Comes with everything you need if you have a sump pump w/o a switch
Gosia007: Our pump is a Zoeller and has a float switch built in so we'll be bypassing the wiring of that in upcoming steps.
Gosia007: The float itself has a lot of vitrified clay deposits built up on it

Gosia007: Old switch terminals removed, time to get spade terminals off the main power cord and replace them
Gosia007: The switch terminals are being soldered onto the power feed
Gosia007: Power now runs direct to the motor without any switch
Gosia007: Switch housing put back on motor
Gosia007: LevelGuard switch device added to the outflow pipe and zip tied on
Gosia007: Down in the hole, time to test the electronic switch
