89-2104 MY. Suffered a mid-air collision with a civilian Cessna 172N. Captain Greg Kreuder tried to take his F-16 for a landing at MacDill AFB, but the engine failed, forcing him to punch out. The Cessna pilot was killed. Many thanks to Claudio Toselli
