08Jan20 What’s better than one bridge? Two! This week’s Challenge Friday word is ‘bridge’. The piece that goes over the nose is known as the bridge. The purple pair in front are my everyday glasses and the smaller pair are my computer glasses.

06Jan20 Ahh, so nice to have the tree down and my office back to ‘normal mode’ again. Both cats got beds for Christmas but Noble doesn’t like new things so Neurmal has been enjoying both. This one is in the office and the other on is on my bed.

03Jan20 My gym advisor has returned to the gym! Her favourite spot is between my gym (the thing with weights and pulleys on it) and the rowing machine. Today I was working on strength training.

29Dec19 I haven’t decided which selfie I like best. My son helped to fix the darkness (it was really dark) and the background. The song “Hold your Head Up” comes to mind with this one and boy… that fits a lot of what last year was about for me.
