12 o f 12 - A bedtime cup of tea. I made the tea, and then remembered I wanted to place an online grocery order. I went and did that and came back to a cold cuppa. It was still delicious so I didn’t make another one.

7 o f 12 - Today’s mail had my MedicAlert rose gold ingot along with new wallet and fridge thingies with my details. The wallet one gets used whenever I’m asked ‘What medications are you on”. I just hand over the card. It’s easier. #12of12Nov2018 #medical
