Apparently there were quite a few of these Pine trees along the waterfront until all were cut down because they were not indigenous to the area. The area on the other side of River Derwent would be Taroona and Lower Sandy Bay.

It is a VERY quiet spot with no traffic at all, only 6 houses in the street.

You can walk around the waterfront to Bellerive to the markets every Saturday......we need the exercise!

Underneath is all workshop....needs a lot of work but will also be extended forward, maybe a bedroom incorporated at the front of the house.
