Khasa Caitya is one of the holiest Buddhist sites. Stupa is said to entomb the remains of Kassapa Buddha. The surrounding area is populated by a large number of Tibetan refugees.

I've seen lots of things on the streets of Kathnandu including: Monkeys, cows, goats, & an occasional water buffalo. This is the first saddled pony.
