Save the Children organised the Child Rights Governance Regional Learning Workshop for the Middle East and Eurasia over two days (24-25 October) at Le Commodore Hotel in Beirut.

Discussions centred around Save the Children’s Child Rights Governance plans for the next two years and different approaches to monitoring and observing child rights.

A group of youngsters were invited to share their experience on a months-long child-led research that identified challenges and concerns facing children across all communities in Lebanon.

The children, who were part of a 200-strong research team, spoke of their pride in the success of the programme

They ran through a raft of recommendations that could help improve the conditions of children

The young experts take questions from the audience.

They thanked Save the Children and its partners for giving them a chance to ‘’represent and be the voice of all children in Lebanon.’’
