erikp: Our first pancake, in the pan.
erikp: Our first pancake, finished. Turned out pretty nasty. Wet, rubbery and tasted like oil.

erikp: A new recipe, with less liquid.
erikp: Came out much better, not as dense, but still rubbery and kind of gross.
erikp: A new pancake, with twice as much baking powder. Much fluffier!
erikp: Beatiful browning.
erikp: A proper pancake is fluffy and dome-shaped
erikp: Now we're talking.
erikp: Ooh, bubbles!
erikp: Our first pancake with banana. Delicious. Only took us about 6 tries, but this is a fantasic vegan pancake.
erikp: Slightly less baking powder yields an unsatisfying result.
erikp: Cooked yams!
erikp: Earth balance, cut into the flour
erikp: Mmm, blueberries
erikp: Yam pancake
erikp: Trying whole wheat. Needs something else to hold it together.
erikp: Kate taking notes
erikp: Kate pancaking
erikp: A little corn starch and banana really helps a whole wheat vegan pancake come together. Even without any fat in the batter, it's still pretty good.
erikp: 2nd yam pancake. The yams really need to be incoporated fully with the flour before adding the liquid.
erikp: Slightly burnt whole wheat.
erikp: Weirdest pancake ever. Did I forget the baking powder?
erikp: Bad texture.
erikp: Splatter
erikp: Apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg pancake. Pretty good, but I'd rather have apple topping on a regular pancake.
erikp: Getting close to the end. I think this was the one with the melted Earth Balance.
erikp: The first pancake always looks weird
