Rescued starter. It had started to grow mold that made it smell like a fine cheese. I was tempted to eat it. Seriously, it smelled like goat cheese or something.

Racking our Sierra Nevada clone ("Sierra Non Grata") into the keg for finishing (carbonation and secondary ferment).

Malt/Olive bread. Turns out leftover malt hulls from brewing beer make a STUPENDOUS bread additive.

Tostada. Garlic/chard pesto with zuccini and squash, heirloom tomatoes on top. Frigging delicious. Raw vegan except the toasting of the torillas.
