13 A - Aaahhh . . . Rich - the red trail markers go the other way - Richard? We go the "old way" sort of a bushwhack up! A local had mention this earlier as the way the trail went prior to the new blaze and official trail.

25 - The trail widens - is that a red marker ahead?

26 - Trail to the Top: we are "officially" on trail now - the first summit is close.

27 - The pattern of the weave of the fallen tree branches with the color and texture of the lichens intrigued me - a picture was demanded.
